  • SEO and PPC Services:

    • No Refunds: Due to the ongoing nature of SEO and PPC campaigns, and the continuous optimization and monitoring required, refunds are generally not offered.
    • Exceptions: In cases of significant service disruptions or non-performance on our part, we may consider partial refunds or service credits.

  • Social Media Marketing:

    • No Refunds: Similar to SEO and PPC, social media marketing is an ongoing process. Refunds are not typically offered.
    • Exceptions: In cases of severe service disruptions or non-delivery of agreed-upon services, we may consider partial refunds or service credits.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation and communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings.
